Brittney + Joe's Alden Castle Winter Wedding

I love working with couples who aren’t afraid to embrace the winter weather, and Brittney and Joe did exactly that. They designed a celebration that captured the beauty of New England’s winter season, and the result was a romantic castle wedding that any guest would die to attend.

These two came to Urban Soirée with their plans underway, but we had the pleasure of helping coordinate all the moving parts to pull off an incredible event.

Their design began with a gorgeous shade of emerald green, balanced with soft tones of ivory and subtle metallic accents. The floral design brought in texture and movement throughout the space, including stunning greenery arrangements anchoring each side of the ceremony set-up. Brittney just so happens to have some creative talents up her sleeve, and decided to make her own printed materials and hand-calligraphy - all of which were flawless!

The morning of the wedding was a chilly yet beautiful day, and the entire bridal party braved the cold for waterside portraits with Boston’s skyline as their backdrop. As the sun began to set, guests gathered at Alden Castle in Brookline for an intimate ceremony, followed up an evening of dining, dancing, and toasting to the newlyweds.

Brittney + Joe, it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of your celebration, and I think it’s safe to say that your wedding day was one that every guest will remember.

xo,

Renée
